THE wedding-1st photographs

Son Matthew and new daughter-in-law Elaine were married Saturday afternoon at a beautiful ceremony in the shadow of Mt. Evans at Juniper Pass. Weather was great – “picture perfect” – meaning no serious wind. On Friday we hosted a bar-b-q in the backyard for family and friends (the brothers BBQ folks really know how to...

She’s all smiles

Beautiful smiles, contagious smiles, spontaneous smiles. That’s Natasha. Her fiance Budlong is smiling too, don’t get me wrong, but this beautiful lady lights up a room or a yoga studio or a State Park – as was the case yesterday. I can’t wait to photograph the September wedding being held at one of their favorite...

Good news…no. Great news…nope. Fabulous Knock Your Socks Off News…YES!!

Going the extra mile to help me. Today feels like Christmas, Thanksgiving, and my birthday all rolled into one. It’s just a kick-ass amazing moment. Thanks Dan. Why the excitement? This blog – lock stock & barrel – was lost, gone, down the tubes, into the black hole – until Dan rescued it. Dan Lam...

How Sweet It Is

ABOUT My blog

I'm working hard this year to overcome my love / hate relationship with blogging. Over the years, I've looked at is as a difficult chore, a task to be done on a regular basis.

Guess what? Not many posts were produced. In fact, none in 2023.

Changing up my attitude in 2024. Will post because I have stories to share. When writing about the amazing adventures and experiences from "back in the day", it's fun and often enlightening to relive those memories.

Also posting about present day events and photo subjects allows for "real time' sharing of those experiences.
